Although many Chinese Astrologers use computers to generate and analyze 4 Pillars of Destiny / BaZi
charts because they are easy and quick, I chose not to use a computer for any aspect of your Destiny
chart.
I create and analyze the entire chart, including the 10 Year Luck and the Annual Luck Pillars by
hand in Chinese.

Each Chinese Character are not like letters that create a word. Each character tells its own story. When
you look at the character you know the story and how it relates to the other characters stories. The
location of the characters in the 4 Pillars of Destiny / BaZi chart and its proximity to other characters
tells a story as well. So, it is imperative that the charts be created in Chinese and analyzed by a human
who understands their underlying relationship.

Then I begin to analyze the chart and compare the elements with each other based on position and
relationship to each other. This takes time because there are just so many aspects to look at from one
